We work with a range of wood species including oak, walnut, maple, cherry, teak, and ebony, with FSC certification available. Dimensions, surface finishes such as UV lacquer, water‑based lacquer, or hard wax oil, and effects including matt, gloss, brushed, hand‑scraped, smoked, or charred can all be customised. You may choose different grade levels from knot‑free to rustic character, as well as joint systems including traditional tongue and groove, click systems, or mortise and tenon. Additional features such as back grooves, moisture‑resistant sealing, or aluminium foil backing for underfloor heating are also available. Packaging is fully customisable to your brand requirements. Our warranty policy differs by product type and usage. Solid wood flooring carries a warranty for residential use and a separate term for commercial use. Engineered wood flooring offers extended coverage. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that cause warping, cracking, cupping, or lacquer finish issues. It also covers click system failure when not due to installation errors, as well as wood rot or insect infestation provided the flooring was properly treated before shipment. The warranty does not cover improper installation such as insufficient expansion gaps or subfloor non‑compliance.
